MBF-450 PUR Profile Wrapping Machine

The machine body is elongated,and the vertical bars are densified,making it suitable for decorating the edges of complex-shaped doors.The machine has a glue application width of 450mm,allowing for wrapping and processing of the edges.It features a reinforced PVC rack and an widened glue scraping box. With these enhancements,the machine can process and produce decorative edgs for suit-style doors,achieving perfect decoration on the door edges and also allowing for wrapping processing of ordinary workpieces.

1. It's all made from one piece of steel plate in milk white, processed by milling planer.

2. Speed of main motor shall controlled by frecuency convertor, brand Schneider selected for electrical parts.

3. Gluing machine controlled by frecuency convertor.

4. Air shaft adopted for rolling gear.

5. System for continuous glue supply

6. Upright tubes adopted for manual or electric adjustment unilaterally

Technical features for hot gluing system:

1. Glue precisely supplied by metering pump, controlled by indipendent pressure system.

2. Setting by multiple thermal/motor revolving curve, controlled automatically or by hands.

3. Alarming devices for temperatur limits and damages of temperature detectors and heaters.

4. Functions such as protections in case of motor and pump blockage as well as intellectual design for fault locations.
