Failure analysis and elimination of vacuum membrane press machine

One. Power distribution cabinet does not work

1. Poor power supply contact: check the corresponding wires, terminals. And reinforce them.

2. Leakage switch trip: Whether there is leakage in other parts.

3. Fuse blown: Find out the cause of the blowout, and replace the fuse.

Two. Suction type is not in place

1. PVC softening is not enough: increase the temperature and extend the heating time.

2. Air leakage of PVC film: check the cause of air leakage and replace the film.

3. Insufficient vacuum: check whether the vacuum machine is working properly, whether the vacuum pipeline is leaking, and whether the vacuum gauge is working normally.

Three. PVC film stick not tight

1. The glue does not meet the requirements: replace the glue that meets the standard requirements.

2. Improper use of glue: the amount of glue is insufficient or uneven, adjust spray amount and spray evenness.

3. Too much glue or too wet: adjust the placement time.

Four. PVC film rupture

1. The temperature is too high: adjust the heating temperature.

2. The heating time is too long: adjust the heating time.

3. The work piece pad is too high: reduce the pad height.

4. Sharp edges of work piece: smooth sanding.

Fives. The table is not walking normally

Check whether the walking mechanism, chain, reduction gears and frequency converter are working properly.

Six. Insufficient table pressure

1. Check whether the high-precision pipe joint gasket is damaged.
