How to operate vacuum membrane press machine correctly: 

1. Check that the press device and each part of rotating are in good condition before going to work.

2. Clean the dust and dross from the workbench.

3. Prepare the required material such as the product backing (6-8 mm smaller than the workpiece).

4. Check and adjust the temperature and schedule settings according to the film thickness.

5. When processing multiple pieces, set the appropriate distance according to the thickness of the processed plate (usually 3-4 times the thickness of the plate).

6. Before starting the heating cover, see if the pressure holder is locked, and whether there are objects and personnel on or around the guide rail.

7. During the working process of the machine, it is strictly forbidden to stand around the machine, and it is not allowed to put it on the guide rails and equipment to prevent the machine from automatically returning to the heating cover to injure people.

8. Do not place products and other objects on the heating cover.

9. When the machine is found to be working abnormally, immediately turn off the power and notify the supervisor.

10. Do not disassemble protective articles such as safety covers.

11. The operator must not leave the machine during work.

12. Turn off the power when the work is completed.
