II. Equipment Configuration and Function Introduction
This machine is the equipment specially for paint-free doors and can attach decorative materials such as PVC film to flat and carved curved surfaces to achieve a perfect decorative effect. This machine uses PUR glue for film covering, has an excellent high-temperature resistance index, stronger adhesion, and saves film.
It has a high degree of automation, with an automatic cutting-off function and an optional automatic loading and unloading device, which can reduce labor and save costs.
The whole body of the machine is welded by national standard square steel and steel plates. After aging treatment, it is processed as a whole by a gantry milling machine, with high precision; the surface of the machine body is treated with sandblasting for rust removal; the frame is painted, and the guard plate is treated with electrostatic spraying.
The fan dust removal device and the blowing device can blow off some of the more difficult-to-handle dust on the surface of the profile. The blowing device is connected in a universal way, and the blowing angle can be adjusted according to the actual working conditions.
The transmission method is worm and worm wheel mechanism.
Technical Parameters of the Hot Melt Adhesive Machine System
The control operation screen adopts a touch screen and is configured with a simple diagram of the equipment process, allowing clear observation of the equipment's operation status; it adopts PLC control and integrates the functions of the glue machine equipment into the PLC. Automatic Cutting-off
It adopts a servo motor combined with a gear rack for driving.
The encoder measures the length, and after reaching the set value, it cuts horizontally.
It adopts an oblique cutting method, and the cutting blade cuts along the set angle from the gap between the transmission wheels.
The blade rises and falls by a cylinder combined with a linear guide rail.
The whole machine is integrated with the wrapping machine and uses the power transmission of the wrapping machine to ensure accurate cutting-off.
