TM3000F PIN-S-1 vacuum membrane press machine with scanning PIN system
General introduction

This machine employs a laser automatic scanning system. Initially, the workpiece is placed within the working area. Upon activating the scanning system, the laser scanning system autonomously scans the position of the workpiece on the workbench. As the scanning system traverses, the electromagnet is automatically driven to raise or lower, flipping the top blocks without workpieces to achieve the automatic positioning of the PIN workbench. Subsequently, automatic film stretching takes place, followed by the automatic film covering in the main unit.
Features
Fast speed: The working cycle for an ordinary and high-gloss workpiece entering the main machine and coming out is within 2 minutes, 2-4 times more efficient than common positive and negative pressure membrane press machine.
The effect is good: The product processed with ordinary film has clear grooves, no open edges, no bubbling, no color difference. The high-gloss workpiece surface has strong adhesion, reaching international leading levels.
Low energy consumption: The main heating power of this machine is 39.5KW, half of the power of similar equipment in the industry. The main heating starting power is 21KW, with an average power consumption of about 12KW/h.
Configuration is high: Key components of this machine use parts from Germany, Japan, and Taiwan, ensuring high configuration and stable performance.

Silicone plate life
The silicone plate is imported from Korea and can be used for 3-4 months (about 1000 hours) and can be
repaired. (This accessory is not covered by the warranty)

Warranty
In order to ensure that the demander can use the equipment normally, the warranty period is one year, except for consumables (pressure buckle, gas strut,Silicone rubber piece ,Limit switch).
The warranty does not include: damage caused by man-made and natural disasters. (such as fire, flood, earthquake)
If the equipment occurs error, The supplier shall provide free qualified parts and maintenance during the warranty period; outside the warranty period, the supplier shall provide the demand at a preferential price for a long time. The cost incurred by the supplier for maintenance shall be settled by both parties through negotiation.
The supplier shall provide technical support to the demander to install and debug the equipment, and train the demander's personnel in practical operation, processing and maintenance.
