This machine employs a laser automatic scanning system. Initially, the workpiece is placed within the working area. Upon activating the scanning system, the laser scanning system autonomously scans the position of the workpiece on the workbench. As the scanning system traverses, the electromagnet is automatically driven to raise or lower, flipping the top blocks without workpieces to achieve the automatic positioning of the PIN workbench. Subsequently, automatic film stretching takes place, followed by the automatic film covering in the main unit.
Features
Fast speed: The working cycle for an ordinary and high-gloss workpiece entering the main machine and coming out is within 2 minutes, 2-4 times more efficient than common positive and negative pressure membrane press machine.
The effect is good: The product processed with ordinary film has clear grooves, no open edges, no bubbling, no color difference. The high-gloss workpiece surface has strong adhesion, reaching international leading levels.
Low energy consumption: The main heating power of this machine is 39.5KW, half of the power of similar equipment in the industry. The main heating starting power is 21KW, with an average power consumption of about 12KW/h.
Configuration is high: Key components of this machine use parts from Germany, Japan, and Taiwan, ensuring high configuration and stable performance.

Silicone plate life
The silicone plate is imported from Korea and can be used for 3-4 months (about 1000 hours) and can be repaired. (This accessory is not covered by the warranty)

Warranty
1. In order to ensure that the demander can use the equipment normally, the warranty period is one year, except for consumables (pressure buckle, gas strut,Silicone rubber piece ,Limit switch).

provide free warranty service during the warranty period, non warranty period provide free consultation and troubleshooting for repair, maintenance. The warranty period is calculated from the day when the equipment is shipped.
2. The warranty does not include: damage caused by man-made and natural disasters. (such as fire, flood, earthquake)
3. a. the first time install machine and training machine, supplier will arrange their technical man to the buyer factory to install and training machine for free, supplier will afford the technical man to round-trip transportation to the buyer city,the buyer only afford the food and hotel is ok, before technical man arrived ,the buyer will ready the install machine materials well.
b.in one year warranty,if supplier machine quality have problems (exclude wearing parts,damage caused by man-made and natural disasters(such as fire,flood, earthquake and so on).buyer need supplier technical man to his factory to repair machine, supplier will afford the round-trip transportation to the buyer city ,buyer only afford the food and hotel. warranty products are provided for free.warranty products will list in the following excel. c.in warranty time ,the damage by the buyer improper operation or other unexpected factors,the supplier is responsible for repair,the cost is determined by the negotiation between the two parties.
4. After one year warranty,if accessoies damaged,supplier will send to buyer by express, the buyer will afford the accessories and freight cost. If need technical man to buyer factory, the buyer will afford the round-trip transportation to the buyer city ,hotel and foods ,every day will pay USD500 service charge.
5. Warranty time:one year (start from the day of supplier technical man install and training well the machine, the buyer acceptance of the goods.)
