Machine principle

The positive and negative pressure laminating machine, generally speaking, not only has a negative pressure (vacuum pressure) underneath, but also a positive pressure on the top. When the machine is operating, the bottom is pumped and the top pressure is drawn, not only is the bottom negative pressure vacuumed, but also the top pressure is added, so it becomes positive and negative pressure. The negative pressure machine is only vacuumed from the bottom, and there is no pressure on the top, so it is called a negative pressure machine. Blister machine and negative pressure machine are different names of the same concept. Of course, the machine will not only pass the "pressing" step, but also have to cooperate with heating and other processes to become a complete laminating process.

Finished effect

The three-dimensional effect of the workpieces made by the positive and negative pressure laminating machine will be stronger. Because the negative pressure machine is only a negative pressure function, no pressure is added on it, and it can only be pulled down by air flow, so the three-dimensional sense of the corners, grooves and other positions of the workpiece after processing is not strong.

Positive and negative pressure can make highlights. Because the high-gloss film is relatively thick, generally 45 filaments, the temperature is relatively high if it is made by a negative pressure machine.

The positive and negative pressure does not need to be very high temperature, it will be pressurized at a uniform speed through the airflow of about 70 degrees, which can ensure the gloss, the softness of the film, and the adhesion of the glue.
