The essential distinction between the two machines lies in their working principles. The ordinary negative pressure machine only generates downward suction under the PVC film relying on vacuuming. In contrast, the positive and negative pressure machine adopts a dual force structure, which not only provides downward vacuum suction, but also injects hot air between the PVC film and silicone plate to form stable downward positive pressure, realizing double-sided force lamination for more firm and flat fitting.
In terms of structural design and performance, positive and negative pressure machines adopt thickened high-strength steel plates to bear hundreds of tons of working pressure, ensuring stable operation without deformation. Equipped with multi-point temperature measurement (3 detection points), its heating plate controls the temperature error within 2°C, realizing uniform overall heating, far superior to single-point temperature measurement equipment in the industry. The matched hanging frame ensures the silicone plate closely fits the heating plate through vacuuming, further optimizing heating uniformity. The additional middle frame supports PVC pressing, vacuum pumping and air pressure injection, with a stable working pressure of 4kg, meeting high-standard lamination demands.
Ordinary negative pressure machines work with a limited negative pressure of -0.1Mpa. Affected by altitude, pipeline and joint air leakage, the actual working pressure often fails to reach the standard. Its lamination quality is restricted by heating uniformity, vacuum suction uniformity and air pumping speed. For breathable door panels, ordinary vacuum pumps are applicable, while non-breathable melamine cabinet panels require matched low-speed air pumping pumps to avoid residual air. The optimized structure of our negative pressure machine realizes full suction without hinge holes, solving the industry’s common fitting defect. In addition, the weight of ordinary negative pressure machines is no more than 6 tons, with limited pressure bearing capacity.
In terms of sealing performance, both machines adopt 8 hydraulic cylinders to jack up the tray. The hydraulic sealing structure is more stable and durable than the traditional wedge sealing. To identify equipment quality intuitively, the cutting surface of processed door panels is the most effective detection standard, which can directly reflect the internal craftsmanship and lamination precision of the equipment.
