MBF-1300 PUR Automatic MDF doors production line

The entire machine body is welded from national standard square steel and steel plates. After an aging process, it is machined as a whole on a high-precision gantry milling machine; the surface of the machine body is sandblasted to remove rust; the frame is painted, and the protective plate is electrostatically sprayed.

Technical parameters of hot melt adhesive machine system
The control operation screen uses a touch screen and is structured with a simple diagram of the equipment process, allowing clear observation of the equipment's operating status. It adopts PLC control and integrates the functions of the adhesive machine equipment into the PLC. The equipment is equipped with a forward and reverse switch, and debugging is simple and convenient.
The adhesive machine uses a pressure plate heating system; the heating temperature can be controlled; the heating has an alarm function.
PUR adhesive feeding control method: An inverter drives a speed-regulated AC motor to drive a gear pump for adhesive feeding; the maximum motor speed is 125, and the maximum adhesive feed rate of the PUR adhesive machine is 200kg/h.
The hot melt adhesive machine uses light-touch button operation, and the human-machine operation interface is simple and user-friendly, requiring no complex training.

In order to ensure that the buyer can use the equipment normally, the warranty period is one year, excluding consumables (silicone plate, rubber strip). During the warranty period, the supplier will repair the equipment free of charge, and outside the warranty period, it will provide customers with free maintenance, maintenance, and fault consultation and troubleshooting. The warranty period starts from the date the device leaves the factory.
If the equipment fails, the supplier shall promptly remove the fault after receiving the notice from the buyer, and provide corresponding qualified parts and repairs free of charge during the warranty period; outside the warranty period, the supplier shall provide the buyer with the required related products spare parts at a preferential price for a long time, the cost incurred for maintenance shall be settled through negotiation by both parties.
Technicians are responsible for guiding the installation and commissioning of the purchaser's equipment, and training the purchaser's personnel in operation, processing, repair, and maintenance.
The warranty does not cover: damage caused by man-made and natural disasters (such as fire, flood, earthquake).
