Product Overview

The MBF350 PUR is a professional continuous profile wrapping machine equipped with an independent PUR glue melter and scraping coating system. Compared with traditional EVA wrapping machines, PUR adhesive provides outstanding waterproof, heat-resistant, creep-resistant and solvent-resistant bonding performance, which greatly reduces the risk of delamination in high-temperature and humid environments.

The machine supports a maximum wrapping width of 350mm and maximum processing height of 110mm. It is suitable for wrapping PVC foil, high-gloss PET film, natural wood veneer and decorative paper on MDF, solid wood composite, aluminium alloy and UPVC profiles. It is widely used for MDF door jambs, architraves, skirting boards, cabinet mouldings, window frames and various decorative profiles.

It adopts variable frequency speed regulation with working speed ranging from 10 to 45 m/min. The glue application amount is precisely adjustable, which avoids glue waste and ensures uniform coating across the whole foil width. The infrared heating system keeps the glue and foil at stable working temperature during wrapping. Magnetic powder brake unwinding holders maintain consistent foil tension, preventing wrinkling and offset. The PLC control system simplifies operation and parameter setting for different profiles and films. This machine is highly favoured by door and furniture manufacturers in Turkey, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Russia and Middle East markets.
