Technical parameters of hot melt adhesive machine system
The control operation screen adopts a touch screen and is configured with a simple diagram of the equipment process, allowing clear observation of the equipment's operation status; it adopts PLC control and integrates the functions of the glue machine equipment into the PLC. The equipment is equipped with a jog forward and backward switch, and the debugging operation is simple and convenient.
The glue machine adopts a heating form of a pressure plate; the heating temperature is controllable; the heating has an alarm function.
PUR glue supply control method: The inverter drives a speed-regulated AC motor to drive a gear pump for glue supply; the maximum speed of the motor: 125, the maximum glue supply amount of the PUR glue machine: 200kg/H.
The hot melt adhesive machine adopts a light-touch button operation, and the human-machine operation interface is simple and friendly, without the need for complex training.
Automatic loading and unloading devices (optional)

Grabbing mechanism: Consists of a mechanical arm, fixtures, etc., and is used to accurately grab workpieces. In order to ensure that the buyer can use the equipment normally, the warranty period is one year, excluding consumables (silicone plate, rubber strip). During the warranty period, the supplier will repair the equipment free of charge, and outside the warranty period, it will provide customers with free maintenance, maintenance, and fault consultation and troubleshooting. The warranty period starts from the date the device leaves the factory.
If the equipment fails, the supplier shall promptly remove the fault after receiving the notice from the buyer, and provide corresponding qualified parts and repairs free of charge during the warranty period; outside the warranty period, the supplier shall provide the buyer with the required related products spare parts at a preferential price for a long time, the cost incurred for maintenance shall be settled through negotiation by both parties.
Technicians are responsible for guiding the installation and commissioning of the purchaser's equipment, and training the purchaser's personnel in operation, processing, repair, and maintenance.
Warranty does not cover: damage caused by man-made and natural disasters. (such as fire, flood, earthquake)
