Second: Replace vacuum pump oil approximately every 60 days

Vacuum pump oil provides internal lubrication, sealing and heat dissipation. After long continuous operation, the oil gets contaminated with dust and moisture, leading to oxidation and performance degradation. Under normal operating conditions, fully replace dedicated vacuum pump oil every 60 days. Drain all old deteriorated oil before refilling, then add qualified vacuum pump oil up to the standard oil‑level mark. Shorten the oil‑change interval for high‑dust workshops or 24‑hour heavy‑duty operation, so as to avoid pump internal wear, poor sealing and insufficient vacuum performance due to degraded oil.
