Product Overview

Manufactured by Liaoning Zhanhongtu Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd., the TM3000F is a high-efficiency dual-station positive-negative pressure vacuum laminating machine specially developed for whole-house customization, wooden doors, cabinet panels and decorative furniture production. Equipped with a 3000mm ultra-long worktable, it supports large-format workpiece lamination and is compatible with PVC decorative film, high-gloss PET film, wood veneer and various soft wrapping materials.

Adopting integrated positive pressure & negative pressure forming technology, the machine achieves uniform pressure distribution and powerful vacuum adsorption, realizing seamless 3D wrapping for complex shaped panels, curved door panels and handle-free cabinet doors. The PLC touch intelligent control system allows one-click adjustment of temperature, vacuum degree, pressure and working cycle, with stable running and easy operation for new workers.

5. Automatic top block optional (patented technology)

   Optional automatic gravity pin support system cancels custom jig board production procedures, saves raw material and labor costs. Workpieces can be directly placed on the table without pre-scanning, greatly shortening auxiliary time and reducing staffing demand.
