Product Introduction

Zhanhongtu TM3000F PIN is a fully automatic positive-negative pressure vacuum membrane press equipped with patented gravity PIN support system. It replaces traditional jig board technology and cuts costs on custom supporting plates and labor. Integrated high-power positive & negative pressure forming system realizes one-step lamination for regular PVC, high-gloss PET and thick foil within 2 minutes per cycle, doubling or quadrupling productivity compared with conventional machines. Ideal for mass production factories of whole-house customization, wooden doors and high-gloss panels.

Working table size: 3000×1270mm, max processing height 50mm. Compatible with cabinet doors, molded wooden doors, relief carved panels, special-shaped wall panels and cabinet bodies. Core hydraulic, vacuum and electric control parts adopt imported premium components from Germany, Japan and Taiwan for stable long-term operation and low energy consumption, with average power consumption only 12KW per hour, saving over 50% electricity.
