Product Overview

The TM3000F PIN is our upgraded positive-negative pressure membrane press equipped with an adaptive gravity PIN support system. Unlike traditional membrane presses that require custom jig boards and scanning pads, this model allows you to place workpieces directly on the worktable. It removes the whole process of pad fabrication, storage and scanning, drastically cutting tooling cost and shortening changeover time between different door and panel styles.

By combining vacuum suction and uniform positive pressure compression, the machine delivers consistent, wrinkle-free lamination. It performs outstandingly for high-gloss PET, PVC, matte decorative foil and wood veneer. It is widely adopted by furniture, cabinet and interior door manufacturers for MDF panels, plywood, solid composite doors, carved cabinet doors, MDF door jambs and architraves.

The double-station alternating design keeps production running continuously. With PLC touch-screen control and recipe memory function, operators can quickly recall saved parameters for different films and workpieces. Key hydraulic, vacuum and heating components are premium grade to guarantee stable long-term operation and low maintenance rate.
