II. Configuration and Functions:

1. The      machine body is gantry-milled, ensuring flatness tolerance within 5 wires      (0.05mm).

2. Transmission      uses a motor-driven worm gear, with forward and backward transmission      capabilities. The conveying wheel is coated with silica gel to prevent      scratches.

3. Chrome-plated      vertical rods, guide rods, and universal joints for appearance and rust      resistance.

4. Dust      removal and air blowing devices for product surface cleanliness.

5. Substrate      and film heating devices use far-infrared gold-plated heating tubes with      adjustable temperature.

6. Affinity      agent application before laminating process for surface energy      requirements.

7. Tile-type      air expansion shaft for PVC film or veneer tightening with magnetic powder      brakes.

8. One      machine head and multiple bodies for efficient changes based on workpiece      shapes.

III. Technical Parameters of Hot Melt Glue Machine System:
