The reason of orange peel of high gloss products

First the reason is temperature , more higher temperature easy to occur orange peel.

Second the pvc membrane , the tensile force of pvc affect the quality of products , if tensile force is small , easy to accur orange peel phenomenon.

Third, the uniformity of the equipment pressure, uneven pressure will cause local orange peel
Fourth, the flatness of the density board, if there are particles on the density board,or not polishing enough, orange peel will easily appear

Fifth, the size of glue particles, too large particles will also cause orange peel

Sixth, heating time, too long is prone to orange peel
