At the hot summer time, the international furniture fair in Chengdu,China are going to be finished satisfactorily on 1-4, Jun.,2019. Shenyang Zhanhongtu (ZHT) Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully signed SIX contracts with clients for TM3000F with cutting-edge automatic top block device for paint-free door, furniture and cabinet door, etc.

   The working period of both ordinary work-piece and highlight work-piece is less than 2 minutes after it enters the main machine, which is 2-4 times of the efficiency of common positive and negative pressure membrane pressure equipment.

   Standard operation 330-380 square/ day, non-standard operation 210-250 square / day.

5. High working efficiency:

   The whole machine adopts automatic top block. Compared with other domestic manufacturers, it saves the technological process of making the pad, saves the cost of process raw materials. The technology can be applied to different manufacturers and different positive and negative pressure devices, which saves the cost of replacing equipment. saves the scanning sequence of the pad of the equipment, saves the time of laminating process, greatly improves the working efficiency and reduces the labor cost.Only requires 3 worker, one trimming, one swinging board, and one placing panel.
