1. The frame of equipment welded out of 70mm quality carbon steel plate(Q235) of sufficient rigidity and safety coefficiency;

2. Welded frame, underside&working face finely processed by CNC milling machine to make sure press board is even and flat.flatness error≤0.1 0mm;

3.Oil cylinder body forged, highgly strengthened;plunger made of chilled cast iron，high rigidity，resistant to wear，surface rigidity over HRC50; (2-year warranty for cylinder body)

4.Quad crank arms for orientation, steady lifting

5.Lower hot press board fixed to frame by thick screw through side earhook structure.

6. Concealed structure in master oil cylinder，guide ring in oil cylinder，Italian brand for oil seal; insulated pier under plunger to master oil cylinder (One-year warranty for oil seal)
