Every year, WMIA honors excellence among woodworking companies by presenting the annual Wooden Globe Awards. WMIA members nominate their customers, and awards are presented in three categories: Educator of the Year, Commitment to Excellence Through Technology, and the newly refocused Innovation of the Year.

What’s in it for you? You get the chance to showcase a successful customer utilizing equipment you’ve sold them. The nominator for each winning entry will have the opportunity to personally present the award to their nominee at the awards ceremony during WIC 2020 in Isle of Palms, SC, May 5-8, 2020, and WMIA will pay your WIC registration fee and travel expenses if your nominee wins.

What’s in it for the winner? The winners get the chance to showcase their company and products to the WIC audience and, just as important, to the trade press, which will spread the word through their publications. Travel and two nights’ hotel expenses for one award winner per category and their significant other will be paid for by WMIA.
