Automatic Transmission Mechanism for Inputting Printed Materials:The automatic conveying mechanism in the positive and negative pressure vacuum laminating machine ensures that printed materials are transported without overlap and enter the laminating section at equal intervals. Control is typically achieved through pneumatic or friction methods, ensuring accurate and high-precision transmission. This meets the requirements even for small-sized printed materials in terms of the above specifications.
Laminating Section:The laminating section of the positive and negative pressure vacuum laminating machine includes the laminating roller group and the pressure roller group. The laminating roller group consists of heated pressure rollers and silicone pressure rollers. The hollow heated pressure rollers contain a heating device, have a surface coated with hard chrome, and undergo polishing and precision grinding. The temperature of the heated rollers is continuously adjusted by sensors, with real-time corrections made by the computer. The adjustment of the laminating pressure uses an eccentric cam mechanism, allowing for continuous pressure adjustment. The pressure roller group is similar to the laminating roller group, consisting of chrome-plated pressure rollers and silicone pressure rollers but without a heating device. The main function of the pressure roller group is to enhance the surface brightness and bonding strength of the plastic film and printed materials after lamination by the laminating roller group through secondary pressing.
Transmission System:The transmission system is powered by a high-power motor controlled by a computer. After primary gear reduction, it is driven through a three-stage chain drive, controlling the movement of the paper feeding mechanism and the rotation of the silicone pressure rollers in the laminating and pressure roller mechanisms. The pressure roller group maintains an appropriate working pressure under continuously adjustable pressure.
Computer Control System:The computer control system uses a microprocessor and consists of mainboard, digital keypad, optical isolation board, power board, stepper motor power driver board, and other components.
