1. Different concepts:

2. The effect of the finished product is different:

    The positive and negative pressure blister machine will have a strong three-dimensional effect on the workpieces such as rhombohedral corners, concave and convex surfaces, groove surfaces, and corners.

    The negative pressure blister machine, because it is only a negative pressure function, does not add any pressure on it, and can only be pulled down by air flow, so the three-dimensional sense of the corners, grooves and other positions of the workpiece after processing is not strong.

3. The degree of film release is different:

    The positive and negative pressure blister machine is transmitted to every part of the workpiece through the positive pressure heating air flow. The air flow brings the temperature when it is pressurized, and the transmission is relatively in place, so that the workpiece is not easy to peel off.

    Negative pressure blister machine, because the temperature can only be transferred to the surface of the workpiece, the temperature transfer of the side and groove is not comprehensive compared with the positive and negative pressure, so the relative adhesion will be relatively poor. The product will be in 2-3 years It is easy to fall off the edge afterwards.
