Product Overview

The TM3000P is an independently developed patented model equipped with an automatic ejector and automatic flap system. It is professionally designed for high-precision lamination on door panels, shaped profiles and handleless profiles, featuring stable performance, perfect lamination results and excellent overall cost performance.

1. 12-Pad Working System

Equipped with a standard 12-pad structure, the machine optimizes the lamination quality greatly:

• Minimal film stretching for a smooth finished surface

• Uniform color difference and consistent finishing effect

• Greatly reduced film breaking rate for deep-profile lamination

Low-temperature working note (below 10°C ambient temperature)

In low-temperature environments, due to the structural distance between the pads and the silicone plate and heat absorption of the working table, the working cycle will be slightly longer, and occasional edge virtual adhesion may occur. This is a normal physical feature, and the machine will restore optimal performance under normal temperature conditions.

2. Gravity-Sensing Ejector System

Different from traditional scanning positioning machines, the TM3000P adopts a pure mechanical gravity-sensing lifting structure:

• Workpiece ejection completed within 1 second with ultra-fast response

• Ultra-low failure rate; ejector blocks are fixed without displacement

• Low maintenance cost and easy replacement

• Space-saving design (only 3 sections required, while scanning-type machines need 4 sections)

• Pure mechanical force structure ensures stable performance, not affected by material differences or minor temperature changes

Traditional scanning machines require more than 1 minute for one full cycle (loading, scanning, lifting and film pulling), which is far less efficient than our mechanical ejector system.

• Full operation only requires 3 workers

• Single working cycle: within 2 minutes

• Standard mass production capacity: over 10,000 square meters per month

• For irregular and special-shaped workpieces: 300 square meters per day

4. User-Friendly Operation System

The positioning pins support automatic and manual dual-control activation. All operations are completed at the front loading station with full visual observation, simple operation and low error rate.
