Routine Maintenance

The silicon rubber sheet main function is seal and heat conduction,itself quality, products shape,operation etc effect using life.

1. Four sharp corner and right angle of products must be sanded,and make them smooth;

2. Heightening products,top line products are easy damage rubber sheet;

3. The rubber sheet must be heated with machine,if the temperature didn`t reach the settled temperature, forbidden processing the products.

                

 

Before pressing the products,must press the vacuum button, making the rubber sheet sucked on the heating board to heat, do not use the cool rubber sheet.

5.The rubber sheet is easy to broken if pressing the same position for a long time,so must move one time about 10 days,meanwhile clean the dust and impurity.

6. Every day clean the dust,clean the wood chips between the silicon rubber sheet and heating board.Please use sparingly. Avoid using on sharp product or beyond capability of working. Avoid used in cooled or man-made damage.

 

Silicone plate life

Our silicone rubber sheet is imported from Korea and can be used for 3-4 months (about 1000 hours) and can be repaired. (This accessory is not covered by the warranty)
