Additionally, it has the capability to produce high-gloss PVC. The heating system utilizes aluminum plate heating for improved heat conduction efficiency, resulting in higher product yield.

How it Works:
The machine operates through a human-computer interface, featuring an automatic double-station system. The process includes preheating, placing the product on the workbench, covering with PVC membrane, cutting the membrane, entering the machine, heating, vacuuming with negative pressure, releasing negative pressure, unloading hydraulics, dropping the workbench, workbench extraction, cutting the membrane, and completing the work cycle automatically with a single click.
Silicone Plate Life:
The silicone plate, imported from Korea, has a lifespan of 3-4 months (approximately 1000 hours) and can be repaired. (This accessory is not covered by the warranty)
