This machine has one head and three fuselages
1、The machine body is finished by gantry milling, and the flatness tolerance is controlled within 5 wires (0.05mm).
2、The transmission method uses a motor to drive a worm gear to drive, with forward and backward transmission capabilities. The bottom conveying wheel adopts an ordinary conveying wheel, and each conveying shaft is equipped with 2 sets of conveying wheels; the outer layer of the transmission wheel is wrapped with silica gel to ensure that the product is not scratched or crushed.
3、All vertical rods, guide rods, and universal joints are chrome-plated on the surface, with a thickness of 3-5 wires, which achieves beautiful appearance and anti-rust effect.
4、Dust the coated surface of the product with a brush, and connect a dust collector to collect the sweeped dust; behind the dust removal, there is a set of air blowing device to blow off some difficult dust on the surface of the product , To ensure that the surface cleanliness of the product meets the requirements of covering leather.
